| Since this is our first year playing JO volleyball with Wooster Elite, many of you are not familiar with our site. We are a Medina action sports site that obviously caters to sports photography. While shooting pictures of my own daughter, I often have several parents ask if I could capture their child as well, so I started shooting several players and eventually just shoot the entire team. We usually edit all pictures prior to posting to make it quicker for the parents to see the finished images before purchasing. We are NOT going to edit these prior to you ordering due to the excessive number of pictures taken during the tournaments. We will only take the time to edit pictures that ARE ordered in order to get these pictures posted for you to view in a timely manner. THIS WILL NOT REDUCE THE QUALITY OF THE IMAGES YOU RECEIVE WITH YOUR ORDER! Look at the images, click the "buy" button above the main preview pane and then select the image(s) you'd like and add them to the shopping cart. In the cart, you will have the ability to select sizes, qty and even crop the images to YOUR liking. After you place your order, we will color correct, edit, crop to your preference, and then upload that image to replace the raw image you ordered and that is the image you'll receive. This handled on our end and no further action is required by you after you place your order. If you choose to download an image for immediate gratification, PLEASE NOTE that the image you receive will not be corrected in any way! You will NOT be happy with these images and will have to do the enhancements yourself. We would suggest that you DO NOT download. If you do want to download the files, please email us the image numbers and we will edit them and upload the corrected images and then email you when they're ready. Unfortunately, since we are not editing all images first, the downloading, in this instance, is NOT immediate. All sales are fully guaranteed and out of the thousands of images sold, we've yet to have a single one returned for poor quality. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me BEFORE placing your order at scott@yourkidsinaction.com. All orders are processed through our online photo lab partner, SmugMug. Once you place your order for the images you'd like, there is no way to halt your order due to the process between all three parties. Again, all orders are guaranteed, so rest assured that if you're not happy, then neither are we, and we'll do everything humanly possible to correct any issues that may arise quickly and to your total satisfaction. Now, for those of you that actually did read all these instructions and are better prepared to make your first order with us, we'd like to extend to you 20% off your order by using the coupon code YKIA20. Because these images are not edited, we prefer to promptly remove them from our site so other visitors don't view these unedited images and think this is the quality of our normal work. With that in mind, please understand that we will be removing these images after only 60 days. This will give 30 days to order with the above mentioned discount in addition to an additional 30 days in case customers need additional time for financial/budget reasons.
